At DemoUp Cliplister, we’re revolutionizing how over 3,000 brands and retailers like MediaMarkt, Otto, Fnac, Microsoft, Logitech, and Bosch bring their products to life with innovative solutions like video, augmented reality, and user-generated content. Our unique approach combines content creation services with a state-of-the-art digital asset management platform and content syndication, making us a key SaaS player in Europe’s retail landscape.  

Your role and your tasks: 

We’re looking for our first Head of Marketing (m/f/x) to take our growth to the next level. You’ll have full autonomy to drive marketing strategies, experiment, and make a significant impact by shaping our positioning in the market and building a strong brand presence. 

  • Lead as a player-coach: Set the marketing strategy, execute, and lead a small but strong team of 4: Senior Marketing Manager, Freelance designer, Freelance Web developer & a Marketing Intern.  

  • Sharpen our messaging: Own our brand narrative across EMEA, turning DemoUp Cliplister into the go-to eCommerce content platform. 

  • Be part of the leadership team: Report directly to the CEO and shape company-wide go-to-market decisions. 

  • Drive measurable growth: Deliver pipeline growth with clear ROI and direct revenue impact. 

  • Build scalable acquisition engines: Across inbound, ABM, paid, partner-led, and product-led channels - whatever works to drive efficient growth. 

  • Implement data-driven marketing: Establish attribution, analytics, and performance tracking to inform decision-making.  

  • Fuel sales collaboration: Partner with our Sales team to generate marketing-sourced opportunities and support outbound efforts. 

Job requirements

Now let’s talk about you: 

  • Proven prior experience building and leading marketing in B2B SaaS scale-ups, ideally more than once. 

  • Player-coach mindset: You enjoy executing campaigns as much as setting the vision. 

  • EMEA expertise: You’re familiar with the differences across regions and can adapt strategies accordingly. 

  • Metrics-driven & hands-on: Comfortable with CRM (ideally HubSpot), attribution, demand-gen, and aligning marketing KPIs to the company's strategic objectives. 

  • Business fluent in English and German
