  • You understand and manage all phases of the sales cycle with a strong talent and proven track record either in hunting or farming
  • You develop pipelines through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence and manage and track all activities in the Pipedrive CRM
  • You produce self-generated opportunities and drive them at a strategic and tactical level
  • You prospect and qualify potential B2B customers, within your assigned territory
  • You find key decision makers, understand how we can help them and generate short term results whilst maintaining a long-term perspective to grow the overall revenue
  • You negotiate terms to close the deal
  • You design account plans and manage relationships with existing accounts to identify opportunities for cross and up-sells
  • You regularly brief the management on the status of prospects, keep records and generate reports on all phases of your activities
  • You provide a consultative sales approach and build long term strategic relationships

Job requirements

  • You have a Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration or similar studies
  • You are experienced in hunting or farming sales – preferably in SaaS
  • With your highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including an energetic, enthusiastic and compelling sales presence, you excel in client relationships
  • You have gained experience in dealing with cross-functional stakeholders during the sales process at all levels of seniority
  • You bring tremendous value and "solutions" selling skills with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Full professional competency in German (C1) and fluency in English are a must. Ideally you possess additional language skills in Spanish or French
