Your Role and your tasks:

As an Account Executive (m/f/x), you will drive our growth throughout Europe. In your role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from customer acquisition to contract closure. You will:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers throughout Europe

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive communication

  • Create proposal contracts and conduct negotiations

  • Attend trade fairs and events to generate qualified leads

  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of sales strategies

  • Work closely with the Product and Sales Leadership Team to continuously enhance our solution in the best interest of our customers

  • Partner with our Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing initiatives

Job requirements

Now let's talk about you:

  • You bring at least 3 years of work experience in B2B sales, preferably in a SaaS company.

  • You are a passionate sales talent with a hunter mentality, who is driven to succeed by building valuable and long-lasting customer relationships in the e-commerce industry

  • You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English. Any additional language is an advantage

  • You have a proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets

  • You are able to create and foster relationships across C-suite executives and build consensus among the buying team
