Your role and your tasks:

As a Senior Sales Development Representative (m/f/x) you are in charge of generating leads in the UK & Nordic countries. In your daily tasks you will: 

  • Conduct market research on the e-commerce industry in the UK & Nordics

  • Identify potential new prospects and understand their needs so you can add value to the conversation.

  • Cold reach out to prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, or other creative channels.

  • Help raise the level of the team and mentor junior SDRs. 

  • Collaborate closely with the rest of our sales team to define and execute target account plans.

Job requirements

Now let's talk about you:

  • You are experienced in cold outbound sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

  • You have a good understanding of sales performance metrics.

  • You feel comfortable initiating conversations, navigating questions, and overcoming obstacles.

  • You are persistent and have professional business relationship management skills.

  • You have a very strong work ethic and the confidence to work autonomously.

  • You are an English native speaker. Any other Nordic language knowledge would be valued.

  • You possess overall outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • You are intrinsically motivated to continually improve through learning and through action.
