Your role and your tasks:

As our Team Lead IT (m/f/x), you will be a key person to bring our market-leading content platform to the next level for world-class brands and retailers like Microsoft, Bosch, Canon, MediaMarkt, Worten and Fnac.

• With your software developer expertise, you will guide our Software Development Team by providing feedback, aligning development paths and ensuring satisfaction.

• You will attract, screen, hire and retain talented developers.

• You will work directly with our CTO to further improve and develop core functionalities that empower more than 100 million requests a day.

• You will drive the change by defining projects, managing timelines, making technical decisions and optimizing processes.

• You will foster team communication and code quality alongside our Head of Product and Technical QA Manager.

You should bring:

• Passion for software development

• 7+ years of proven work experience

• Profound experience in TypeScript

• Solid professional expertise in React

• First experience leading teams

• Fluency in English - German is a plus

• Good intuition for user experience design
