Your role and your tasks:
As the VP of Sales (m/f/d), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading our sales team, and expanding our global market presence. Therefore, you will be responsible for:
- Sales Strategy and Execution: With our CEO, develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to continue our strong ARR growth, identify market opportunities and set sales objectives.
- Strategic Leadership and Team Development: Ensure sales targets are met by establishing a high-performing sales team, including hiring, mentoring and coaching. Foster a culture of success, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Organizational Development: Set up a second management layer by hiring and developing team leaders within the sales organization.
- Performance Metrics: Set performance metrics for the sales team and track progress. Implement strategies to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure efficient and effective sales processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to achieving company goals.
- Key Accounts: Lead high-level negotiations with key customers to ensure the closing of major deals. Ensure terms are favorable for both, the company and the customer.

Now let’s talk about you:
- You have strong leadership skills with the ability to build, manage and inspire a high-performing sales team within the b2b SaaS industry.
- You have proven experience successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth for an enterprise B2B SaaS product, preferably in eCommerce.
- You have a strong understanding of sales processes and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, make informed decisions and think strategically to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
- You are proficient with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- You speak business fluent English and German. Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus.
- You ideally have an academic background in Business, Marketing or a related field.
